What we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone, email, ZIP code and (if you choose) street address.
- Your project: bathroom photos you upload, your answers, the designs and products you choose, favorites and any appointment you book.
- How you found us: ad and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm tags or an ad click ID) and the website you came from.
- Site activity: pages viewed and buttons tapped. If you accept analytics cookies, we connect your visits with a random ID so we can see return visits. If you choose "Essential only", we count page views without any ID.
We remove location data (GPS) from photos in your browser before they are uploaded. We never ask for card numbers, bank details or passwords.
How we use it
- To create your designs and preliminary price range, and to prepare for your consultation or estimate.
- To call or text you about your project, only if you checked the box that allows it. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
- To send offers only if you opted in to marketing emails or texts.
- To understand which advertising brings in real customers.
Cookies
ehi_project keeps your design project open on this device. ehi_consent remembers your cookie choice. With your consent, ehi_vid (a random visitor ID) and ehi_sid (a 30-minute visit) measure return visits. We do not use fingerprinting.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. Designs you share with family show your designs and products, not your contact details. We use service providers to run the site (hosting, database and file storage) and, when turned on, an AI image service that receives your bathroom photo to create a design. Your photos and designs are not used in EHI advertising unless you give permission.
Keeping and deleting
We keep project information while it's useful for your project and our records. To see, correct or delete your information, call or text (346) 461-5572.
